My name is Gosia. I offer a Psychotherapeutic Counselling and Coaching from a transpersonal perspective. I am also an IEMT Practitioner. Originally from Poland, I have lived in the UK for over 10 years now.
I am trained to use coaching and counselling skills which means that I can hold an emotional distress while also helping you to move positively and actively towards something you want to achieve.
Having gone through my own therapeutic journey, I have identified the most useful tools to assist you in the healing process. I use them to help you identify patterns in your life that are no longer serving you to live a complete and fulfilling life. I feel honoured to be able to bring these tools into your life now.
